We expanded the Isaias moratorium. In addition to the entire state of Florida, the following counties are under a binding moratorium until further notice.

Maryland: Calvert, Charles, Dorchester, St. Mary's, Sommerset, Wicomico, and Worcester

New Jersey: Atlantic, Bergen, Cape May, Cumberland, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union

New York: Nassau, Suffolk, Kings, Queens, Richmond

North Carolina: Beaufort, Bertie, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Carteret, Chowan, Columbus, Craven, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Gates, Hertford, Hyde, Jones, Lenoir, Martin, New Hanover, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Tyrell, and Washington
