You may resume quoting and binding business in these areas. Any requests to bind new business quoted prior to the moratorium must be accompanied with a signed no known loss letter.

Effective immediately, requests to bind or request to increase coverage in the following counties of Texas are under a binding moratorium until further notice.
Impacted Counties: Jackson, Matagorda, Brazoria, Wharton, Galveston, Live Oak, Bee, Goliad, Victoria, Duval, Jim Wells, Kleberg, San Patrico, Aransas, Refugio, Calhoun, Nueces, San Patricio, Jim Hogg, Brooks, Kenedy, Willacy, Cameron, and Hidalgo.
