Effective March 30, 2020, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo issued Executive Order 202.13 outlining temporary suspension and modification of laws relating to the disaster emergency.

COVID-19 is a rapidly evolving issue, and the industry and state regulators are working diligently to advise you on new state regulations. As the COVID-19 situation progresses, we’ll communicate updates and resources from our carrier partners and state regulators for you as soon as they are available. Recently, our business insurance carrier Blackboard Insurance Company issued a New York Policyholder Notice.
