[Sept. 6 2019 - 9:45 a.m.] The bind moratorium concerning Florida is lifted. You may resume quoting business in Florida. Any requests to bind new business quoted prior to the moratorium must be accompanied with a signed no known loss letter.

Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina are under a binding moratorium, until further notice.
