The binding moratorium for the below areas lifted today. You may resume quoting and binding business in these areas. Any requests to bind new business quoted prior to the moratorium must be accompanied with a signed no known loss letter.

Impacted areas:

  • The state of Louisiana
  • The state of Mississippi
  • The state of Alabama
  • Counties in the state of Texas: Brazoria, Chambers, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Montgomery, Newton, Orange, Polk, San Jacinto, and Tyler
  • Counties in the state of Florida:  Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton, and Washington
